The Mexican Food Festival at hotel lebua Lucknow has begun and we cannot contain our excitement! The food fest, promised to tantalize your taste buds and it has done exactly that and more. The festival is on till February 3, 2019.
Step into 1936 Ristorante, the global cuisine restaurant at lebua and the very vibe of it is happy and colourful – you feel as if you have been transported into a street in Mexico! The décor is minimalistic – flag buntings and ferry lights, reflective of the festival. The wooden tables add a homely charm to the entire setting and you can choose to sit in the lovely, breezy outdoors or perhaps you’d prefer the cozy, warm indoors.

With a range of Mexican dishes on the menu, from all time favourites like Nachos to main-course meals like Cornflakes Chicken with Mexican Rice, the dishes are prepared using the freshest of ingredients. And to add to that, there are a number of imported ingredients used, which adds to the authenticity of the cuisine. Here are some of the other dishes that one can enjoy at the food festival:
Varieties of Fajitas like Crabs and Mangoes, Grilled Vegetables and Lime Sugar Charred Fish; mains like enchiladas, quesadillas and rice bowls and exotic desserts like Roasted Pumpkin Crullers. We love the taste of the salsa and the sour cream made in-house and we cannot stop dipping our nachos in it.
