Designed for kids aged 7 to 12 years, this workshop has been powered by the Lucknow Film Forum and promises two weeks of fun-filled learning from May 8 to 23, 2024 culminating in a spectacular show on May 25th, 2024. With 5 phases focusing on different aspects of growth and learning, this workshop offers a mix of fun and education. Hurry, seats are limited! Phase 1: Let’s Start Acting!
From May 8 to 10, your child will dive into the exciting world of theatre. Through engaging activities like ice-breaking sessions and storytelling, they’ll learn the basics of voice modulation and expression.
Phase 2: Building Confidence and Teamwork
From May 11 to 13, it’s all about teamwork and confidence building. Phase 2 focuses on team building, body language, and self-esteem. Through interactive exercises, kids will learn to trust their peers and express themselves with clarity.
Phase 3: Learning Important Values
In Phase 3, from May 14 to 16 your child will learn the power of listening and empathy. Through theatre games and activities, they’ll hone their decision-making skills and improve concentration. From fostering imagination to accepting achievements and rejection gracefully, this phase is all about personal growth.
Phase 4: Exploring Creativity
Phase 4 on May 17 & 18 introduces them to the joys of reading, improvisation, and journaling. Plus, they’ll have the exciting opportunity to explore children’s short films, sparking their creativity in new and exciting ways.
Phase 5: Bringing It All Together
The final phase from May 19 to 24 is where the magic happens. Through rehearsals and practice, your child will polish their skills and prepare for the grand finale – the showcase! It’s the culmination of two weeks of hard work, laughter, friendship and learning!
