Summer vacations are round the corner, and if you’re wondering what the kids are going to do at home all day long, you need to check out the summer workshop being organised by Kangaroo Kids International Pre-school, Lucknow. Summer Fiesta, as the summer camp is called, promises to keep the kids engaged in a creative way. Why we are recommending this workshop is because there’s something to wait for at the end of it – a Grand Finale, which will include a skit presentation and craft exhibition by the kids. How cool is that!
WHAT
The camp is divided into 2 groups on the basis of age:
> Group A – for 4 to 9 year olds.
The school has invited experts on various topics to teach kids. Renowned theatre artist, director and actor Sarabjeet Singh will be holding classes on Dramatics. Rangoli Agarwal, who run a kids club, will be holding Art for Fun activities at the camp. Other topics that will be covered in the camp are dining etiquette, cooking for children, fun science activities, Zumba and so much more!
> Group B – for 1.8 to 3.8 years old
For the little ones, the camp includes activities that focus on their cognitive and language skills, physical, social, even emotional development. Water and sand play, yoga for kids, a pet show, movie screening, pottery classes – those are some of the major attractions for this group.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
There’s pick-and-drop facility also available, in case you don’t want to be hassled by the job. But you have to register early to ensure you don’t miss out on limited seats!
