Skyotel by Royal Sky – a new hotel by the same family that runs the Royal Cafe restaurant in Hazratganj, has introduced the Butter Chicken Paratha, that’s filled with all the goodness of their Butter Chicken. Literally.
WHAT’S IT LIKE?
We’ve heard of keema parathas and egg parathas, but a chicken paratha is a first. The Butter Chicken Paratha is a stuffed bread, and it’s made with a filling of their signature butter chicken dish. What’s not to like in that? The parathas are a meal unto themselves, but go well with any main course curry you fancy. Or maybe just some chutney.
