Chicken lovers, you have to check out this new place in Lucknow: Genuine Broaster Chicken. Like it’s better known cousin, KFC, Genuine Broaster Chicken is an American chain of restaurants serving delicious fried chicken, and has opened their first outlet in the city recently.

Legendry chicken: This is their signature chicken dish, first created in 1953 in America. The regular salted fried chicken wings is marinated and pressure fried in spices, then coated in Slo-Bro – their secret coating, making it soft and juicy without using excessive oil. So it’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It comes with three dips namely Curry Mango, Sweet Chilli and Jalapeno, all of them as good as the chicken itself!
Hot Masala: The hot, steamy and boneless chicken pieces marinated in their secret hot masala, coated with Cajun Breading, sprinkled with their special American mixed spices is also served with three dips namely Curry Mango, Sweet Chilli and Jalapeno.
Happy Fried: Curated by celebrity Chef Harpal, is another variant on their fried chicken menu. Well-cooked and well-seasoned, like we like it.
