Business has picked up after Lockdown, with people eating in more than before and also eating healthier than before. Considering the demand they are also diversified into Indian cheese, and do around 20 variety of hard and soft cheeses.

Beyond Organic is a hyper local hydroponic farm in Lucknow growing premium quality vegetables. Beyond Organic was started 2 years ago by Dipankar Gupta and Gaurav Rastogi with an indoor and a outdoor farm. The indoor farm is temperature-controlled to grow exotic vegetables, microgreens and more. They do different variety of lettuce, microgreens, Swiss Chard, Italian herbs, flaxseed etc. You can also take a monthly subscription from them in which you get your supply of greens four times a month, with six variety of veggies.

Growpure is a hydrophonic farming business growing vegetables that are safe and nutritious to consume. They have a poly house that is temperature, weather and humidity controlled to provide the right atmosphere for plants to grow. The plants are pesticide free. They are growing vegetables like Cherry tomatoes (red and yellow), English Cucumber, Bitter Gourd, Bottle Gourd and Broccoli as of now and are planning to expand the variety this December.

Started in Transport Nagar by Nitin Srivastava and Navneet Gupta just two months ago, when things were not going great for them professionally. They do three varieties of Oyster Mushrooms, Pearl Oyster, Blue Oyster and Sojan Caju Mushrooms. They are trying to grow the Mushrooms in the safest way, without using any kind of pesticide.
