Peekaboo Kidz Lucknow presents The Cultural Fest, with performance-oriented summer workshops designed specifically for children aged 5 to 12 years. From May 19 to June 9, 2024, the workshops feature activities like dance, music and theatre, guaranteed to ignite your child’s love for the arts. Workshop Offerings
At Peekaboo’s Cultural Fest, you can choose from multiple activities for your child to explore according to their interests. They can even participate in more than one activity; it’s entirely up to them!
Theatre: Unleash your child’s inner actor and let them dive into the world of drama and storytelling. This activity, suitable for kids aged 6 to 12 years, helps them gain self-confidence and speech clarity.
Timing: 12.30 pm to 4 pm
Kathak: Children will learn the grace and beauty of this traditional Indian dance form taught by Kanak Ma’am, a skilled Kathak dancer. Suitable for kids aged 5 to 12 years, this activity helps them express themselves through dance.
Timing: 9.30 am to 10.30 am
Bollywood Dance: Let your kids groove to the beats of Bollywood and master iconic dance moves with Kanak Ma’am, a skilled dancer. Designed for kids aged 5 to 12 years, this activity boosts confidence.
Timing: 9.30 am to 10.30 am
Music Vocals: Let your child’s voice soar as they learn the fundamentals of singing and performance. Taught by the talented Hari Om Sir, they will learn about vocals, different music types, and the fusion of Indian classical music with Western songs. Suitable for kids aged 5 to 12 years.
Timing: 10.30 am to 11.30 am
Music Instrumental: Taught by Hari Om Sir, children will discover the magic of music as they learn to play instruments and create melodious tunes. They will learn instrument basics, finger placements, notes, and rhythmic patterns. Instruments include Keyboard, Cajon, Bongo, and Dholak.
Keyboard Timings: 11.15 am to 12 noon
Cajon, Bongo, and Dholak Timigs: 12 noon to 12.45 pm
