Our favourite new patisserie in town, Macaron is all set to make this Valentine’s Day sweeter and how! The bakery has rolled out a special Valentine’s Day menu and we’re in love! Sample their cupcakes, brownies, pies and cakes, made especially for the Cupid-struck.
THE VALENTINE’S SPECIAL MENU
Macaron is already known for its ultra pretty, floral cakes, but there’s more pretty and delicious stuff on the menu. Like the heart shaped Nutella Brownies (Rs.80) and Butter Cookies (Rs.50), cupcakes topped with sugar hearts, Banoffee Pie (Rs 150), Mini Nutella Cheesecake, and of course, the Valentine’s special cakes in 250 gm (Rs. 400), 1/2kg (Rs. 650) and 1 kg (Rs. 1200). You can order one of their cakes served on beautiful wooden trays with scented candles and flowers in advance, to impress your valentine. Or just drop in for a quick bite at the beautifully done-up take-away outlet. (We love their Greek Salad, by the way.) Macaron is dressed up in the accessories of love these days – roses, hearts and balloons and you won’t regret dropping by. Even their salad boxes are dressed up for Valentine’s week.
