Theka Menu
The Theka menu includes all your fav cocktails but with a desi twist, like LIIT, Mojito, Martini, liqueur shots and more. They have also curated a special Highway Cocktails’ menu with lots more fun & fusion!
The Tharra section has all the fusion cocktails that are totally Instagrammable! Try Gulabo – the Dhaba version of Long Island Iced Tea with Kaala Khatta. Or go for Toofan – a heady mix of Vodka, Coriander, Spices & Guava Juice. The drinks come in interesting serveware as well, that goes perfectly with the theme.
For some interesting takes on popular cocktails, try Laal Pari – a Dhaba version of Bloody Mary. Paan Nojito (quite like mojito) also comes highly recommended – a Bacardi mix with fresh paan, that is simply out of the world
De Daru
But if you like your drinks OG style, worry not. There’s a traditional Daiquiri and Cosmopolitan too, without the Punjabi tadka, on the menu. Under the De Daru section of the menu, you can also order from a range of wines, beers, whiskies, single malts and more.
Of course, you will also get soft beverages, juices, lassi & even mock Tharras (read mocktails) for the teetotallers. Just as delicious as the spiked drinks.
