This October, Pepperfry launched their 100th Experience Store in Lucknow at Sapru Marg. The store is a great example of the ‘phygital’ trend. It allows its customers to experience its products in-store, while enjoying the ease and comfort of purchasing online.
What’s in Store
The store space is designed to look like a mini apartment with everything you could need. They have a couple of articles from every segment on display, right from dining tables, beds, study tables, cabinets, racks, wing chairs, accent wall décor, floor and ceiling lamps, bar cabinets, side tables, trays and curios. It enables the customers to feel the products and get the space estimates right before purchase.
There are special books and swatches for customers to check out options in upholstery and wood textures, that are otherwise difficult to understand from mere pictures.

The store also has two LED screens to help you explore more variety available with the brand, and also make the purchase. The store staff is available for personal assistance you through the entire process.
“We will keep updating the collection in the store regularly, so that our customers can experience different pieces of furniture on every visit,” says Lt Col (Retd) Siddharth Varma, the store owner.
