THE BEST FOOD STALLS AT 1090 CROSSING

The 1090 Crossing  in Gomti Nagar is become quite a hub for street food in Lucknow. Here are the   stalls we love for their innovative food and recommend you try them too.

1. SNAP-CHAAT’S CHOCOLATE BATASHE
Pani batasha is so passe! Try the chocolate and cream at Snap-Chaat. They have the regular pani batashas as well, but we recommend you try the chocolate ones.
Price: Rs 60 for a plate of 4 batashas

2. AMRITSARI SOYA CHAAP
Soya chaap is all the rage on the food scene, we are told. Which is why you will find the Amritsari Soya Chaap always crowded. You will this stall right at the end of the road where the stalls are set up. Also on the menu: Fish chaap and Malai-chaap.
Price: Rs. 100 for a plate of Soya Chaap 

3. JAI BUNDELKHAND’S MANY FLAVOURED PANI BATASHE
Another stop for pani batashe. They claim they use RO purified water for the pani ,which comes in some interesting flavours, like the Garlic Pani and Bundli Tadka!
Price: Rs. 10 only for a plate of 5 batashas

4. GRILLED MOMOS AT NAINITAL MOMOS 
Momo lovers must go to this tiny stall named Nainital Momos, for their grilled momo. They have veg momos, paneer momos, fried and grilled momos. We recommend their grilled momos. You get to choose your masalas for the garnish.
Price: Rs. 60 for a plate of five momos

5. MAGGI & KULFI AT CHHAPPAN BHOG
This stall has nothing to do with the famous mother shop by the same name, but it has a lot to offer. They make really delicious Butter Maggi and Cheese Maggi, in literally 10 minutes. They also have faluda kulfi shake and rabdi malai kulfi on the menu – all worth trying.
Price: Rs. 30 for plain Maggi, Rs. 40 for Butter/Cheese Maggi; Kulfi for Rs. 20

6. KRISH SPECIAL TEA & COFFEE
