The Enchanting History Of The Carlton
The Carlton has been a popular wedding destination in Lucknow for over 50 years. Built by an Englishman Mr. Frederick W. Lincoln, Carlton’s regal architecture is a fine blend of English classic and Mughal splendour that still mesmerises the onlookers. The beautiful façade of Carlton has attracted Bollywood shoots as well. The hotel has hosted eminent guests – Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, and Indira Gandhi among others.
