The city’s coolness quotient just went up a notch with the first ever Lucknow Bonsai Summit scheduled to take place this month. Organised by The Bonsai Paradise, the three-day summit begins on February 27, 2020 and aims to put Lucknow on the green map of the world and promotes Eco-Tourism in Lucknow through Bonsai Culture.
WHAT
Whether you practice the art of making bonsais, or simply are an art lover, the Lucknow Bonsai Summit is for you. The three-day event includes a bonsai exhibition where exquisite bonsais will be on display. Talks, demonstrations and lecture by bonsai masters from different parts of the world will be held. A bazar that showcases bonsai resources as well as regional arts and crafts has also been organised for visitors and participants.

But that’s not all. There’s also a Bonsai Competition, to be judged by International Masters. A commemorative magazine will also be released on the occasion, along with an award and felicitation ceremony followed by a Cultural Programme and Gala Dinner. The event is organised with the support of Awadh Bonsai Association.
