WHAT
Quite a famous fried dish in the areas of Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan, this dish is made of Atta and Suji and usually served with a spicy also sabzi. At Brother’s Kitchen, a plate of Bedhai comes with Heeng Aloo ki Sabzi, Raita and 2 types of chutneys. The chutneys are made fresh everyday with chuharey and imli, and are quite appetising.
