Art It Out – an initiative started in Lucknow by Aradhna, uses art therapy through fun workshops to help you deal with everyday stress. Their first workshop is coming up in Lucknow on January 25th, 2020.

Who will be conducting the workshop?
Aradhna is a Therapeutic Art Coach, and will be sharing the secret of how to destress yourself using colours, lines, paintings, collages and other art media to unlock the power of your subconscious mind and increase your happiness level. “I believe that my role is to help people explore and express themselves authentically, through art. Through this process, people may find relief from overwhelming emotions, crises or trauma. They may discover insights about themselves, have an improved sense of well being, or experience personal transformation,” she says.
