About the Founder
Heena Badlani, founder and trainer at Śvāsa Wellness, has always been passionate about movement, theatre and yoga. Her aerial yoga journey began in Delhi and continued in Rishikesh. Combining her love for performing arts with a certification in aerial yoga, Heena founded Śvāsa Wellness in Lucknow. Her goal is to offer women a space to explore aerial yoga’s innovative fitness and stress-relief benefits.
