LEARN TO BAKE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL AT THIS CAKE BAKING WORKSHOP IN LUCKNOW

One of our favourite home bakers in Lucknow, Shweta Bhargava, is going to be holding Beginners Cake Baking Class this summer. And it’s a great chance for aspiring bakers to learn the tricks of the trade from her.

WHAT
This is a 2-day cake baking workshop that will take your cake making skills to the professional level. It’s a semi hands-on class, which means the participants don’t just watch how the cake is to be made, but also get a chance to work on the recipes in turns. Shweta’s cakes have been featured in international cake magazines, and learning baking from her is a chance we wouldn’t pass.
COURSE
1. Cakes
The 2-day course includes baking the following cakes (with eggs and eggless cakes): Vanilla Basic Cake, Chocolate Cake, Marble Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Coffee Cake and knowledge of rainbow cake.
2. Frostings
Different kinds of frostings will be taught like buttercream and different flavours, whipped cream frosting, chocolate ganache/ truffle and white chocolate ganache / flavoured ganache/ coloured ganache.
3. Fillings
Different filling for your cakes like soft ganache/ truffle, cream cheese mousse, flavoured mousse filling and fruit compote.
Apart from this, you will also learn the skill of piping, how to make a drip cake, safe use of fresh flowers on the cake etc. You will take back a portion of each cake, with lots of knowledge to professionally bake awesome cakes with lots of tips and tricks.
