In our concluding part on where to find the best samosas in the city, we came across a varied mix of the much-loved snack. From different shapes, sizes and fillings, here’s what we recommend:
1. SAMOSA JUNCTION
From chatpata samosa to samosa chat, samosa with paneer filling to the traditional samosa, it is almost a samosa buffet at this place. On a very busy and crowded street, this joint also serves samosa combos, with bun and cheese, with a soft drink and sometimes even with an ice-cream! 5. CHHAPPAN BHOG
The medium-sized samosa stuffed with mashed potatoes is a favourite among many. The saunf wale aloo (potatoes seasoned with fenugreek) also have a bit of dry-fruits added to them. So, expect finely chopped cashew nuts and some pieces of kishmish in the mixture. If that, and the subtle favour of of desi ghee, is the thing that makes your taste buds sing, you’ve come to the right place.
