When you are bored with nahari, biryani and kebabs, head to this shop in Maulviganj, near Aminabad in Lucknow. Raju ki Kaleji, as the name of the shop goes, specialises in kaleji cooked in several different ways.


MUST TRY
Their speciality is the gravy kaleji, which is best enjoyed with a paratha. But the roasted kaleji chargrilled to perfection over a bed of coals, and served with a dash of lemon, is just as delectable. For something slightly more filling, try their bun kaleji.
Price: Dishes start at Rs. 20 per plate and go up to Rs. 60 per plate
