THE MENU
So what all does this flying buffet include, you wonder? They have a separate menu for the vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests, with welcome drinks, four salads, four starters, five items for main course, rice and breads, apart from chaat and three kinds of desserts.
ON THE VEGETARIAN MENU:
Starters – Tandoori Paneer Tikka, Crispy Corn, Malai Soya Chaap and Cheese Cigar
Main course – Kadhai Paneer, Dal Makhni, Mixed Veg, Hyderabadi Kofta Gravy, Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles

ON THE NON-VEG MENU:
Starters – Chicken Tikka, Galawati Kebab, Bengali Fried Fish and Chilli Garlic Prawns
Main course – Awadhi Nihari, Chicken Masala, Fish Lemon Butter, Non Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles
Rice – Chicken Biryani
On both menus, the salads are Classic Caesar salad, Green salad and Soup of the Day and desserts include Caramel Custard Pudding, Gulab Jamun and ice creams.
